There is no doubt about my love for Instagram and those endless amounts of pictures and videos that I get to scroll through on a daily basis. I will admit that it does get very time-consuming and I often find myself an hour after I've allowed myself "just 5 minutes to have a quick look through", still swiping my finger up and down the screen!
I follow over 450 different Instagram accounts but I have always had those specific few that never fail to cheer me up or never fail to inspire me. In my everyday life, there are certain people that I am drawn to, and that may be because they always have a huge smile on their face or they are always a lot more positive and, weirdly, it is exactly the same with Instagram! This girl right here is my absolute go to when I need a little pick-me-up. She is a fantastic actress from 'Neighbours' (yes I watch that show) and she is completely obsessed with having a healthy lifestyle so that she can look and feel her greatest - hey, no arguments here! Her Instagram page is full of pictures of her with her lovely boyfriend Harley Bonner, also from 'Neighbours', as well as shots of her delicious food. Also, what I consider to be one of my favourite parts of the year, can be found on her Instagram account - her almost annual trip to Byron Bay! I love being able to see where she is heading next and who she is going with; the days leading up to her trip, I am constantly checking back to see if she has updated her profile with some new images!

This picture makes me so happy inside and I'm sitting here just thinking how nice it is to see some genuine laughter and happiness. Olympia Valance, sister to Holly Valance (now Holly Candy), plays Paige Smith in 'Neighbours' and is the current face of Gossard, a UK lingerie brand. She is quite simply beautiful and has a very attractive boyfriend however these two factors are not the only things that draw me to her Instagram page but the fact that she shows all aspects of her life, everything from her decorating her Christmas tree to dropping some serious dance moves with Ariel Kaplan (see the above beauty).

This stunning woman is the real deal! Sophia Bush is one of the actresses that I would definitely want to meet and most likely have as my best friend, I think we would get on really well!! She is truly an inspiration for me, she is not only an incredible actress but her words of wisdom and encouragement on her Instagram page leave me feeling content and happy - she reminds me of everything that I have to be grateful for! I've found that one of the most important things in life is to never let the littlest of things overwhelm you and of course they do sometimes but if you ever feel as though you're completely lacking all motivation, click the 'Follow' button on Sophia's page, you won't regret it, I certainly haven't!

This happy-go-lucky brunette bombshell can do wonders when she has a camera in her hands! Gemma Pranita was in fact one of the first people to inspire me to create my own blog and with just one look at her Instagram, you can see why! I was able to see from the get-go her zest for life, her sheer passion for photography as well as her much-practiced art of living in the moment, plus she is absolutely stunning! Marissa is one of those Instagrammers whose page is so aesthetically pleasing, it hurts! The colour scheme is always on point and she never fails to impress me with her room decor, cute dogs and new-found love for meditation and the idea of creating a happy and positive life for herself. I absolutely adore her! She is strong, independent, completely self-motivating and quite content with having a quiet night in with her two dogs. Alex Centomo's Instagram page is gorgeous!!! There are so many pictures showing off her luscious hair and stunning figure and whether she is travelling to a different country or filming some awesome videos for her YouTube channel, you can be sure that she will have posted about it so get ready for some seriously good photos! A little side note: after watching her recent video, I found out that one of her goals is to get one million followers on Instagram by the end of 2016 and with over 724k followers at the moment, there is no doubt about whether she will reach that milestone!

Did you ever see that Australian children's TV show called 'Mortified'? If you have then you will know exactly who this is, the main character Taylor Fry! She grew up good didn't she?! Marny Kennedy is a natural beauty to say the least, her look is effortlessly chic and she lives in Australia, just like Olympia, Ariel and Gemma! There is no doubting the fact that I absolutely L-O-V-E Australia and everything that comes with the territory: the accent, the beaches, the people and the good ol' Aussie weather! Where do I start? Her figure is stunning and she is pretty much living the life that we all want to live, one that is relaxing and tranquil because...well...you're by the beach! Tash is the co-founder of the very successful bikini-loving blog A Bikini A Day and the owner of her very own fashion and lifestyle blog. Oakley's Instagram page has over 1.6 million followers and it is not difficult to understand why! The account consists of extremely vibrant images of Tash basking in the sunshine with her best friend Devin Brugman (the other co-founder of A Bikini A Day), both of which are in undeniably gorgeous bikinis! Tash's Instagram gives you the perfect insight into what she gets up to on a daily basis and if it's not clear enough, I love having a peek hehehe!
