Top 5 Instagram Accounts: Fitness Edition

Hey lovelies!!

If you've been here from the very beginning or at least since the start of 2016 you will know that I made a blog post listing my top 10 favourite Instagram profiles which A LOT of you seemed to love! I am well aware of the fact that Instagram users are very annoyed with the new algorithm and I too am upset because of the fact that not as many people get to see the content that I post which then defeats the object of me trying to build the readership for my blog.

Despite all of this, I thought that I would bring light to the situation and offer you a new series that features some of my favourite Instagrammers in all things fashion, fitness, travel, blogging and so many more! First up is fitness and I can't wait to show you the stunning and strong women that I follow every single day and inspire me to become a better version of myself.

So without further ado, let's get into my top 5 favourite fitness-related Instagram accounts...

EMILY SKYE

Instagram - Emily Skye

This girl sure knows how to work out and with the birth of her first child Mia, Emily Skye will definitely show you how to bounce back to your best self even if you don't think that it's possible! I love her sense of humour and her can-do attitude in life - nothing ever seems to phase her so if you're looking for some powerful and sometimes intense workout motivation then her Instagram account is the place to go! Just like many of the other women in this blog post and within the fitness industry, Emily isn't afraid to point out that her body isn't perfect and it's okay to have "flaws"; she makes you feel like you're not alone.

NIKKI BLACKKETTER

http://www.instagram.com/nikkiblackketter

Nikki Blackketter is strong, super sexy and very sleek! She trains as hard as she flexes and the results clearly show in that amazing figure of hers. Nikki empowers the female body and shows us what it is capable of and, thanks to her short Instagram workout videos, we too can get the best out of the body we have been given! Go ahead and give her a follow to catch up with the progress that she's been making or if you just want some fitness inspo!

SOFIA JAMORA

Sofia Jamora (left) is a stunner and although she's a model and not a personal trainer like the other beautiful women in this post, she at least represents the curvier girl much like Bree Kish (right) and the well-known Ashley Graham. Sofia supports the "love everyBODY" motto and flaunts her curves for all to see, not only on the runway, but also on the sites of some of your favourite stores such as Forever 21! What's more, she is a natural beauty that oozes feminine confidence so what's not to love?!

MADALIN GIORGETTA
 www.instagram.com/madalingiorgetta

There are a lot of Australians up in this blog post but clearly they're all great examples of maintaining a great, healthy body all year round. Madalin Giorgetta is funny, super sweet and incredibly helpful! I love the fact that she posts images and short videos of how to perfect certain positions in your workouts, shows you that a healthy body isn't always about the kg's and always reflects back on her own personal journey to creating the lean body that she now rocks. Check out her Instagram for the full details of her 'Body by MG' programme if you're wanting to get in shape this season!

 STEPH SMITH

This girl's body is absolutely amazing, so much so that I am constantly checking back to see her new posts and those gorgeous abs of hers! Steph Smith promotes a cleaner lifestyle with plenty of exercise and great foods to make sure that we're all looking our very best. She is definitely one of my fitness inspirations on Instagram, thankfully because she has absolutely no problem pointing out that she, just like many others, has her own little "flaws" - hey, she still looks beautiful to me!

XOXO

    1. I absolutely agree, hopefully the algorithm won't be too much of a problem for Instagram users - it's such a shame if everyone quits using it. This new series aims to find the light in this situation and at least give you great people to follow and plenty of inspiration! xx
